Client Payment Information​ for Stripe Payments

​For clients paying for services via credit card and Stripe (does not apply to credit card payments made via Humanitix), please note the following:

  • Payments for mediation, consulting, or training services are made to From Understanding Pty Ltd, trading as Psychologically Informed Mediation Centre Australia

  • Refunds will be offered in full for any cancelations made with 7 (or more) days notice, minus any costs incurred by Psychologically Informed Mediation Centre Australia

  • A late notice fee of the full cost will be charged for cancelations made with less than 7 days notice, unless otherwise agreed - Please contact us

  • Stripe Privacy Disclosure

    • We only collect personal information that is necessary to conduct our business. This includes your name, delivery/billing address, email address, phone number, and credit card/payment details when you make a payment

    • Your payment transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway, Stripe. We share your personal information with Stripe only to the extent required to process your payment and manage potential disputes

    • In the course of processing payments through Stripe, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of Australia, including the United States

    • Under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. You can review the Stripe Privacy Policy directly to understand how they handle, store, and protect your financial data
